When will they be delivered?
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to most mainland UK postcodes by courier in safe and secure chilled packaging but unfortunately there are a handful of remoter parts that the couriers cannot guarantee within 48-hours

What happens after I place an order?
Once your order has been received by Av’ A Pie Yorkshire, we will handcraft your pies,
Carefully placed in our temperature controlled packaging which is tightly sealed by us and then dispatched to you via our APC courier service who will deliver your package to you in 48 hours of placing your order, ready for you to enjoy.

COOKING & STORAGE
How long will they keep?
All Av'a Pies are freshly made by hand in small batches to order. The pies have 6 days chilled shelf life but all our produce freezes beautifully and can be cooked from frozen for convenience. Full details are clearly marked on each box upon arrival.
Can they be frozen?
Yes, the pies freeze beautifully for 6 months. For convenience and ease they cook brilliantly from frozen too.
How should I cook my savoury pies?
From chilled: pre heat oven to 180°C (160°C)/ gas mark 4, remove all packaging and place pie on a pre heated baking tray for 25-30 mins.
From frozen: pre heat oven to 180°C (160°C)/ gas mark 4, remove all packaging and place pie on a pre heated baking tray for 50-55 mins.
How should I store my pies?
Your pies are delivered in a temperature-controlled box. They will need to be placed in the fridge before the end of the day they are delivered. Your pies will arrive with a 6 day chilled shelf life and can be frozen for up to six months. Please note that our pies are still delicious when cooked from frozen.
How Should I Cook My Sweet Pies
Cooking Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 180C (fan 160C), gas mark 4, remove all packaging and place pie on a preheated baking tray and cook for:
- 20 to 25 minutes from chilled
- 45 to 50 minutes from frozen
